Lindsay Phinney is a seasoned eye care professional with over 20 years of experience, who brings a unique perspective to the table. Her extensive clinical and administrative knowledge has been honed through a diverse range of experiences, including supporting her spouse through optometry school, rebuilding an aged optometry practice, start-up clinic, commercial optometry, ophthalmology practices and even private equity.
Through her recruitment approach, she strives to be the perfect matchmaker, connecting doctors with their ideal practice settings and helping established business owners find great associates or partners. Her placement fees and agreements are designed to be easy and affordable, and she is committed to partnering with you and your business to provide accessibility to amazing candidates.
The approach is simple: establish expectations upfront and discuss topics like volume, staff support and case distribution to achieve the best clinical partnership. We learn about how candidates can naturally fit into what makes your practice culture special. We won't push a candidate just to fill an opening or an unfit practice upon a candidate. Instead, we aim to serve as a moderator and matchmaker to accomplish mutual goals.
One thing that sets us apart from others in the industry is that we are not interested in a percentage of annual compensation. We believe in finding the perfect fit for your practice, regardless of the base salary. We partner with you to achieve your practice goals and make your dream team a reality.
Provider placement fees are a flat $8,000. Our placement agreement will not include any sneaky terms. Additionally, we provide a payment structure that allows you to collect payor reimbursements before full placement fees are due.
At PROS for Eye Care, we have developed a library of tools for your practice to properly onboard your next provider. From checklists to templates and applications to standard procedures, we can support your practice in the next steps of adding a provider.
Additionally, we offer virtual and on-site onboarding coaching to practices.
